Dear Participants
On behalf of Taylor's University and MAH, we are delighted to welcome you to the Hospitality Practitioner training 2.0 .
Before the training start, we wish to share with you some updates on the training dates as well as some detailed guidelines we have prepared.
Release Schedule
A personal account has been created for you on our training platform and you are now able to log-in. You will find in your account all the modules you have registered for, but access to the content is currently disabled. To offer you the best possible experience, and adapt our operations to the current MCO, minor adjustments have been made to the release schedule of each modules. The modules "Principles of Restaurant Financials" and "Fundamental of Wine Studies" have been divided in two parts that will be released progressively on distinct dates. Participants are required to complete the two parts of a module to be entitled a certificate of completion.
Below are the dates you will be able to access the modules and their respective content :
Within the dates modules are made available to you, you will be free to access the content anytime, and complete the training at your own pace before the closing date. Please note that access to the modules will automatically be disabled on the dates stated in the release schedule.
Guidelines
To assist you with your first time log-in, and details on how to navigate through our training platform and the content, we have prepared a series of guidelines available below. All videos come with English subtitles, you can simply activate them by pressing the button CC on the video player.
The guidelines contains all the essential information on the training, and we sincerely encourage participants to visualize them before starting the modules.
How to contact us ?
In the coming days, we will invite participants to join a WhatsApp group managed by our training leader Miss Amar. Should you face any issue to log-in or access the content, please drop us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible with possible solutions.
We remain at your disposition throughout the training for any enquiry, and wish you a learning journey.
