The Diploma in Hotel Management programme at Taylor’s Culinary Institute gives equal emphasis to acquiring knowledge of hotel operations and management in various departments and applying it in a real business environment. Hotel Management diploma students learn about diverse hotel operations, such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage production and service, by working under the supervision of expert instructors while simultaneously attending theory classes. They also learn and analyse food marketing and the business information involved in opening and running a catering business.
